Supporting the BTK-3111 clinical development with a focus on hematology area, the position will provide high quality statistical support to assigned projects/studies with support of senior staff as necessary. He/she will work with cross-functional study/project teams in reviewing the data, developing and implementing the statistical analysis plan for CSR and other HA submission document such as clinical summary, providing contents for manuscript/presentation and providing other statistical support during the clinical development process. In addition, this position may participate in department-wide process development/improvement efforts and/or research in statistical methodology especially in the context of oncology clinical trial design/analysis.
A minimum of a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience or a PhD in Statistics or related field with 3+ years of experience in clinical drug development is required.
Knowledge of SAS and/or R is strongly desirable.
Hematology/oncology experience is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team setting and independently are required.
